Visual content is getting more and more critical in the sales process. At 1rstWAP we have our in-house Content Studio, responsible for user interface and graphical design. If you believe you are the best in digital and printed design, and you have a good knowledge on user experience design, then come forward and let us see your talent. Our company is looking for UI/UX and graphic designers to work in-house.

This position of UI/UX Designer is for you who interested in creating marketing materials and user interfaces for applications used around the world. We expect you to make designs, to consult others about design and to make sure the company visual content is top quality.
You must have strong focus on web, mobile and digital design with experience in branding and printing.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analyst, product owner, and developers,
  • Participate in analyzing changes and new features to the product, recommending appropriate test strategies,
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas,
  • Identify & troubleshoot UX problems, then devise elegant solutions,
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features,
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision then translate the concepts by doing research, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences  and deliver user flows, story board, wireframes, mockups that lead to simple but intuitive user experiences for digital products that optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces,
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs, also validate his/her own suggested design once it gets implemented together with QA,

Requirements

  • Able to communicate with English effectively, both oral and writing,
  • Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments,
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus,
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design,
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently,
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision,
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients,
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking,
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications,
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval,
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design,
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism,
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

UX Designer Suggested Software Proficiency

  • Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks, InVision, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, GUI, Development Tools, PowerPoint, Keynote, Visio, OmniGraffle.
