In November 2002, 1rstWAP
announced that its Quality System received ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
This has reinforced 1rstWAP's commitment to quality in the
design, development, production and testing of all of our
products and services for all markets.
ISO 9001:2000 is an international certification of quality
systems to pre-established criteria. 1rstWAP's certification
audit was performed by TÜV in August 2002. This final
audit marked the culmination of intense work toward improving
our quality systems. In October, 2002, 1rstWAP began its quest
toward certification with a pre-assessment audit. The observations
and noncomformances from this baseline audit gave 1rstWAP
a series of goals to achieve to acquire certification.

Certification signifies that 1rstWAP's quality
system is documented and effective. Periodic checks by outside auditors
are performed every six months to ensure continued compliance to the
Standard.
For the customer, this is yet another reassurance of 1rstWAP quality.
We continually test our products to the highest standards, listen
to our customers to ensure that they receive what they expect and
design and build all our products from the highest quality components
and materials.
Our ISO 9001:2000 Quality System provides the structure to increase
performance in service and value to all our customers.
